Moog Music Refund Policy
Thank you for your Moog Music merchandise purchase! If you have any issues with sizing, damage to your items, or any other questions or concerns, you can reach out to us at orders@moogmusic.com.
You have 30 days from delivery date to begin an exchange or refund. See details below for each process:
Exchanges
- Please contact orders@moogmusic.com with your order number and item(s) you would like to exchange. We will confirm stock inventory so that your exchange can be successfully processed.
- Following this, we will provide a return label to your email for you to send back the item(s). Please send the tracking information to orders@moogmusic.com.
- Once we receive tracking information and your package is in transit, we will immediately send out the new item(s) to your confirmed address.
Refunds
- Please contact orders@moogmusic.com with your order number and item(s) you would like to receive a refund for.
- Following this, we will provide a return label to your email for you to send back the item(s). Please send the tracking information to orders@moogmusic.com.
- Once we receive tracking information and your package is in transit, we will issue a full refund of the item(s) plus tax (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method. NOTE: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to reach your bank account. If you have any questions, reach out to orders@moogmusic.com.
Damaged or Broken Items
- Please contact orders@moogmusic.com with your order number and item(s) that are damaged and need to be exchanged.
- Following your email, we will immediately ship out new items to your confirmed address. Tracking information on your new item(s) will be sent to your email.
Missing or Stolen Packages
- If you believe your package is lost in transit, please reach out to orders@moogmusic.com with your order number and item(s) in the package.
- Moog Music Inc. is not responsible for stolen goods. If you believe your package was stolen, please reach out to the shipping company with your tracking number.
