Muse will naturally retrigger voices when all the voices are active, starting with the last voice played first, even when using a sustain pedal. Depending on your patch, you may want to turn on the MULTITRIG for the envelopes (found in the MORE menu of each envelope) so each note played retriggers the envelopes.
