What to do if your software order is not accepted by FastSpring

If you have been presented with the following message during the software purchase process, here is some additional information on how to resolve the issue.

"We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."  


Assuming funds are available on your credit card and your bank has not declined the transaction, a temporary hold may have been placed on your FastSpring account.  FastSpring is the company that handles payment related and order processing issues. 

We kindly ask that you contact FastSpring directly to have the hold on your order removed.  Please use the following link and select "Purchase Issue" when completing the form:  https://fastspring.com/consumer-support-form/  

Once you've submitted your customer details to FastSpring, you can expect a response in 1-2 business days to insure that your software purchase is successful.
