Please make sure you're logged in with the same Apple ID you made the purchases with. Also, please be aware that Animoog and Animoog for iPhone are different products, the in-app purchases made on one are not transferred to the other application due to limitation of the Apple App Store. Finally, please take a look at this help page from Apple https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204088 and possibly contact iTunes Store support.
