There are many ways to send MIDI CC messages to a hardware synth like Subharmonicon; if you use computer DAW software such as LOGIC or ABLETON LIVE, information on how to send CC messages using these programs is readily available online. You can also use free MIDI software such as POCKET MIDI, or MIDI TOOLS.
