HOURS AND CONTACT

The Service Department’s hours of operation are 8:30 AM-5 PM EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We can be reached via the support portal on our website: https://moogmusic-help.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new

 

REPAIR COST AND COORDINATION

We highly recommend reaching out to our Service Department before sending in an instrument for service. Users can resolve many issues with troubleshooting steps we have deduced from building and repairing our instruments over the years.

If your instrument needs service, please fill out the contact form on our website.

If you are outside of the US, please get in touch with the distributor nearest you to set up an RMA and proceed with sending your instrument in for service.

 

The cost for repair for non-warranty service is $150 per hour of labor plus parts consumed, shipping cost, and tax (where applicable).

For warranty repairs, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping your instrument to us, and we cover the cost of service and return shipping.

NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE

Moog Music is no longer able to offer spare parts or services for the following products:

  • 500 Series Delay
  • 500 Series Ladder Filter
  • Little Phatty
  • Minifooger Pedals
  • Moog Guitar
  • Moogerfooger Pedals
  • MP-201
  • Piano Bar
  • Slim Phatty
  • Taurus 3
  • Voyager
  • VX-351
  • VX-352

If you need service on one of these products, please request an RMA and send the instrument to the factory in Asheville, NC, for a component-level repair.

We cannot guarantee a complete restoration, but our service technicians will work with each customer to determine the best path forward.

 

SPARE PARTS REQUESTS

Please send an email to serviceparts@moogmusic.com containing the following information: 

 

  • Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Product 
  • Requested Part

 

We pack and ship all spare parts orders once a week. 

 

VINTAGE SERVICE

We repair any instrument made by Moog Music Inc. after the year 2002. We can also look at Big Briar Etherwaves and Moogerfoogers but cannot guarantee a complete repair due to scarcity and the age of parts.

We do not repair vintage instruments (such as the Micromoog, Polymoog, MG-1, Source, etc.), but we can recommend vintage service.
