General Minitaur Troubleshooting

For general troubleshooting of the Minitaur, we recommend following these steps: 

  1. Reset all GLOBAL SETTINGS,PITCH CV, and PRESETS to their factory defaults by sending sysex commandsvia USB. You can find the necessary files and instructions here.

  2. Perform a POT CALIBRATION by sending sysexcommands to the instrument via USB. You can find the necessary files and further instructions here.

  3. Reload the latest firmware using the files and instructions here.

  4. Download the latest editor software here If you are using a Mac with OS 10.12.6 or earlier, install this revision of the editor.

  5. For editor connectivity issues, please review the DAW and Editor Integration Guide linked here.
